Try typing FOR YOU, without the “U” key!!
My cereal bowl flipped onto my laptop earlier this summer and the keys got a bit sticky from a bit of milk, but thankfully no damage. (Ok, you can stop laughing now!) The U and J keys were most effected, so I popped off the U to get out the stuff underneath it and then I couldn’t get it back on until the service guy helped me.
(Lesson learned-you might be able to pop off the key, but it’s a heck of a lot harder to get it attached again) Hopefully service will assist you soon. I have a Gateway, not a Dell!
